About the numbers
What is EPS?
Events per second — how many log events your sources produce each second, on average. Together with the daily volume in gigabytes, it is the basic measure of any log-management or SIEM deployment.
Why does EPS matter for LogMan.io?
LogMan.io editions are licensed by EPS, and the EPS and daily volume decide how the cluster is sized — compute, storage and retention. The AI SIEM extension is priced separately, per seat.
How accurate is the estimate?
It uses typical values for each type of device. Real volumes depend on logging and audit settings and on traffic, so treat the result as a starting point. We confirm the real figures with you — ideally by measuring them during a trial.
What happens when I send my estimate?
It goes to our sales team, who prepare a quote for the edition and the cluster size that fit your numbers.
Have your numbers?Let's size it together.
Our engineers will check your estimate against your real sources and recommend the edition and cluster size that fit.
